How much do we charge for delivery?
Delivery is free of charge on all orders over £75 +VAT. If your order is below £75, our delivery service costs £4.95 per order.
How quickly will I receive my order:
Goods are normally dispatched the same day and are delivered within 24/48 hours. Due to our large inventory of products, it is not always possible to have everything in stock and some of these products will be mailed directly to you from our manufacturers and distributors. We will endeavour to notify you of any possible delays that may occur. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation.
Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on a Monday for delivery witin 24/48 hours. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday Monday will be processed the next day for delivery within 24/48 hours.
Delivery costs on overseas orders vary according to the weight, destination and the volume of the parcel. We will email you with an exact price, once we receive your order. When you confirm that this price is acceptable we will despatch your parcel. If the cost is prohibitive, we will cancel your order for you.
Do we replace damaged or lost goods during transit?
Yes absolutely, please check your product as soon as it arrives then please notify us immediately on receipt of any damaged goods and we will replace or refund the item.
www.greenbergs.co.uk operates a simple returns & exchange policy. If any item is not to your liking, simply email us to confirm your reasons and return it to us in its original packaging. Garments returned without their original packaging may incur a re-packaging charge. All garments returned must be in a suitable condition for re-sale, any garments that are returned in a condition we feel unsuitable may be refused a refund.
Refunds 30 days after the date of dispatch are at the discretion of Greenbergs and may incur a 20% re-stocking charge. When returning goods, please include your name and address, and where possible, your order number. Any items returned should not have been used. Please note we do not refund carriage charges.
Please note embroidered or printed garments cannot be returned unless faulty.
Please send items back via Recorded or Special Delivery for your own proof of delivery, as Greenbergs cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit and this postage cost is not reimbursed. Once we receive and check the goods, we will then refund your card minus a handling fee if applicable. For goods that are to be exchanged, we will charge for the replacement carriage.
Due to current high volumes of orders being processed this has increased the volume of returns.
PLEASE ALLOW 15 WORKING DAYS FOR REFUNDS TO BE PROCESSED AFTER DELIVERY HAS BEEN MADE BACK TO US. PLEASE CHECK WITH THE COURIER SERVICE USED TO SEND YOUR RETURN TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE ACCEPTED YOUR PARCEL AND ONLY CONTACT US AFTER THE 15 DAY PERIOD IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR REFUND.
Change or Cancel an Order?
Please be advised that changes cannot be made once an order is placed but if you'd like to add products to your order, please just place a new order for these items.
You can also email us at email@example.com and one of our customer service team will action your request within 24 hours. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.
If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns Procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
Please advise in an email within 24 hours of the order being placed if you wish to cancel or change your order.
By placing an order with www.greenbergs.co.uk you agree to the terms above. Your statutory rights are not affected. Cooling-off periods may apply around Christmas, however, please telephone us to confirm this.
